Excellent experience at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, located right next to the Westfield Shopping Centre. A big thank you to Mathieu, who took the time to explain the history of the brand to me. Young, active, kind-hearted: a really pleasant interaction. The donuts are excellent, very fresh and not heavy at all. An absolutely amazing experience at Krispy Kreme! A huge thank you to Salima and Alexandre for their exceptional welcome 🙏 They are cheerful, professional, very attentive, and really take the time with customers. You can feel the passion and desire to do well, and honestly, it makes all the difference. The donuts are absolutely delicious, ultra fresh, soft, with an incredible variety (the hardest part is choosing 😅). The store is clean, pleasant, and the atmosphere makes you want to come back again and again.

Let's be honest, the place is very nice! And I have already had several free classic donuts, warm and fresh. My favorites are the strawberry donut with confetti and the classic glazed, which is excellent when served hot. The prices are affordable, and you never wait too long in line, even when there's a big queue. Service is quick. The only small problem is that it quickly gets crowded, and when there are many people, it gets really noisy...

I went to pick up some donuts to take away just before the café closed at 10 p.m. on Saturday night. At that time, there were many young customers seated inside who left the room in a pitiful state: trash on the floor, not clearing their trays... and even worse, their behavior was unbearable. The workload for the employees then multiplied because they had to restore the room to impeccable condition for the next day's opening. Despite this huge lack of civility from the customers, the café cashier remained calm, smiling, and very professional. Not because she didn't care, but because it was the only way for her to persevere and stay resilient in a very difficult situation. I found out her first name; I think it's Ouiza. She's a real angel!!! We really need more people like her in businesses. I truly hope she gets the recognition she deserves from her superiors, but in any case, I wish her good luck and all the best for the future. Thanks again to her for her service.
